We have 3 styles of Feed Bunks. 
Bottomless, Fence Line, and Pan Bunk

Bottomless Feed Bunk

w QUALITY - Like our other products, this feed bunk is very heavy duty.  It weighs 1000 lbs. and is constructed with a 2X2 11 gauge framework and heavy 14 gauge sheeting.
w SIZES - Standard is 4'X20' which work well for cows, bulls, and other large animals.  We also make a 3'X20' size for calves, sheep and other small animals.  Other lengths are available to fit your specific needs.
w PORTABLE - You can move the bunk by grabbing it form the top with grapple fork or forks.  Since it is bottomless, when you lift it, it cleans itself out (no more shoveling).  Each bunk weighs about 1000 lbs.
w CAPACITY - This bunk has a much larger capacity than most bunks and works great for high roughage rations and works great with bale processors.

Fence Line Bottomless Feed Bunk


Built like our bottomless feed bunk, however, this version has 3 vertical bars and two horizontal bars that can each be individually adjusted to accommodate from small calves to large bulls.

Pan Bunk

w Heavy 10 Ga. Sheet.

w Legs are a 6”x3”x3/16”with a plug in bottom.

w Has a 45-degree taper to eliminate buildup.

w Lip is formed IN to eliminate waste.

w Legs are welded to bottom of bunk to create a flush side.

w 45” wide x 14” deep, weighs around 850 #’s

w 37” wide x 11” deep. Weighs around 700 #’s

w Other sizes are available on request.
