w All storage sheds come standard with 9'X7' roll up door.  (overhead door will add $150). 
w A sky light comes standard in all buildings, except the horse shelter.
w Tin and trim color options are available.  Standard storage building color is all white.  Call for options.  Other colors could add delivery time. 
w Free delivery first 50 miles, then $1.00/mile.
w Make to set on ground, gravel pad, or cement pad.  Purchaser is responsible for final setting and attachment.  The buildings have drag chains in all 4 corners, for moving or tying down. 
w This building is on skids, so in most cases it should not effect your property taxes. 
w Main skids are 4"X4"X3/16" square tube -- all other tubes are 2"X2". 
w Stud and rafter spacing are 30-33" for increased durability.
